  • What services do you provide?
    We provide both commercial and residential cleaning services. Below is a comprehensive list of types of cleaning we provide: - Office spaces (real-estate offices, medical offices, lawyer offices, and much more) - Post-Construction - Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly - Deep Cleaning - Move-In/Move-Out - Vacation Rentals (Airbnb & VRBO)
  • Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?
    Yes and no. Cleaning materials - We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests. Equipment - Residential For sanitary reasons, we prefer to use your personal vacuum if we're vacuuming your home. However, we do have a professional vacuum that gets sanitized between uses that is available for your service. Equipment - Commercial We provide all necessary equipment.
  • What if I need to reschedule a service?
    We understand how unpredictable life can be. That’s why we work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your space at a time that’s most convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 72 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.
  • What if something is damaged during a service?
    At Zest Cleaning Company, we treat every single space we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we'll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our cleaners are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.
  • Do your cleaners accept tips?
    While tips aren't expected, we're allowed to accept them. You can also leave a review on Google or our Facebook page. We love hearing that our work is appreciated!
  • What should I do before Zest Cleaning Company arrives to my home?
    To ensure maximum efficiency of your cleaning services, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they're comfortable while we clean.
  • Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
    No. Because most of our cleaning services are provided during the day, most of our customers aren't home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured cleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or door code.
  • Are you okay with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?
    Yes, we love your furry friends and will happily give them some love. If your pet is aggressive, we recommend that you leave them outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional cleaners. If you don't plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.
